I am a global marketing and digital leader with a passion for customer experience, digital transformation and strategic design.
I’ve worked across multiple cultures and industries, for top tier and challenger brands, for both corporates and agencies, which allows me to see things in a way others don’t.
For the last 7+ years I’ve run an outsourced digital department, delivering long-term programs of work for a variety of clients, in addition to developing CX strategy, developing holistic brand experience journeys, and building performance marketing programs. This has required strong communication and stakeholder management.
I thrive in simplifying challenges in ambiguous environments and always bring the voice of the customer.
